Building Connections: Dar Raye Sandy Steps into NAWIC Leadership Role

Thompson Solutions Group (TSG) is proud to recognize Dar Raye Sandy, Business Development Manager for Limited Energy, on her election as Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Greater Sioux Falls chapter.

Dar Raye Sandy has been involved with NAWIC for the past five years, building relationships with fellow industry professionals while developing her leadership skills and expanding her understanding of the construction industry. Through her involvement, she has gained valuable perspectives that continue to strengthen her role both within TSG and the broader construction community.

For Dar, being elected Vice President is both an honor and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

NAWIC plays an important role in advancing women within the construction industry by providing education, leadership development, networking opportunities, and professional support. The organization creates opportunities for women across all areas of construction to build confidence, develop skills, and grow as leaders.

Dar believes her new leadership role is also an opportunity to represent TSG and its values.
