Project Goals
Our goal was to deliver reliable electrical, security, lighting, and structured cabling systems that support Avera Plaza 3's operational efficiency, occupant safety, and long-term technology needs.
Thompson Solutions Group’s Electrical Construction and Limited Energy team recently completed the remodel of Avera Plaza 3, a six-story, 220,000-square-foot tower addition. We delivered a full range of electrical and technology infrastructure to support the updated facility. Our scope included structured data cabling, installation of security and access systems, and complete lighting fixture installation throughout the remodeled space. Structured cabling provides an organized, standards-based network backbone that supports current and future data, voice, and security systems with reliable performance.
In addition to communications and security cabling, our team installed high-quality lighting solutions designed for both functionality and comfort. Properly planned lighting not only enhances visual quality but also contributes to operational efficiency and occupant satisfaction in commercial environments.
