Project Goals

Our goal was to transform a historic downtown landmark into a modern, multi-use distillery by delivering fully integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that support both production operations and guest experiences.

We are honored to have been selected as the single-source provider for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for Sioux City’s first-of-its-kind distillery project. This transformation of the historic Ogden Building into a multi-use craft distillery will bring on-site production of spirits, a world-class cocktail bar, event spaces, and a restaurant to downtown Sioux City. The facility is expected to serve as both a production hub and a vibrant community destination.

Our MEP teams are responsible for the complete design and installation of the building’s core infrastructure, ensuring reliable utility distribution, climate control, and process-ready systems that support distillation operations and public amenities. This includes integrated HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing, and controls tailored to the specific needs of a distilling facility. Our work will help bring this unique project to life, contributing to its operational efficiency and long-term performance while supporting the revitalization of a historic structure in Sioux City.
